Jeff, I agree that North may be able to shed additional light on the matter. It makes sense to file a CIP since they added the claim for Breast Cancer. We will have to see if anything else is added. North, please correct me if I am wrong, but as I understand it, the priority date for the CV risk reduction will remain as the date in the provisional filing in 2010, while the breast cancer risk reduction priority claim will the new filing date that is pending or possibly they can argue it is the day they added the claim to the parent.
