That OS is based on a 1 for 30 reverse split that hasn't occurred yett. Read the Q note.

We are all waiting for the 'D' to be added and the 1 for 30 reverse split to be effected.

And the AS is nott being lowered by 1 for 30, because there is toxic floorless CONvertible debt that is eligible for CONversion.

And expect more coming!

So if you're calculating the real OS, multiply your number by 30 so it reflects the current situation shown in the daily quote box (e.g., PPS) and wait for the 1 for 30 reverse split to be processed by FINRA and DCLT to become DCLTD.
