This company is a big nothing, and here is the proof:

No assets, lots of liabilities, lemonade-stand revenue


Lots of press releases and pictures of plants (that they don't own), but also tons of shares on a fully diluted basis, including convertible notes and convertible preferred.

This company is valued at over $1 billion adjusting for all the securities. The true value of the company is zero.
