If you look at the June 28th PR it states: "The successful completion of KIT-302's pivotal batch initial stability study brings KIT-302 one step closer to NDA submission and market launch"

Long term stability of 6 months is required for the NDA. I think the June 28th PR of the initial stability was at 1 month. Why do I say one Month? Well On May 27th they Pr'd the pivotal batched were complete. So, one month later they PR initial stability

So 5 more months from June 28th would be Nov 28th. That is next Monday. IMO, we could see a BIG PR updating this and letting market know they are on cusp of filing NDA.

I recommend shorts be covered by this week, IMO.
