Just looking at the judge's enforcement ruling in the Long Side case, the 54MM shares NTEK owed but did not pay Long Side were back when the share price (adjusted for the split) was nearly 30 cents in April. NTEK has yet to pay the shares court ordered that they owe, and the share price is 2 cents.
Long Side enjoys price protection until such time as the shares are issued.
So, doing some simple math, and considering the dramatic drop from April until now, it appears that NTEK now owes Long Side Ventures some 800 million shares.
