One month since the Extension of Time was granted for Patent Application # 13/135224, the one where the Breast Cancer risk reduction claim was added, and it still active. No Notice of Abandonment for Failure to Respond to Office Action.

The patent application for Commercial Scale Production involved a call with the examiner and was deemed abandoned the following day. The other patent application Extension of time filing was submitted and deemed abandoned 10 days later.

Something is definitely cooking. Since it hasn't been deemed abandoned, we should find out shortly what is going on.
