Why would there be much volume with no news out about what their doing?
Why should anyone be trading with no information?

Telecorp is going through a major reorginazation, the RS was just the first step in that process. Eventually they will come out with some news and let everyone know where they are headed, if anywhere. All of us who have been with this stock for awhile know exactly what they've done and haven't done, all we can do is hope the new management is doing a better job than the last.
