RCIT is 100% fraud/scam I am sorry to say

RCIT cannot change the name, finra denied it, they overpaid the shell, that's why they look to recover the $150k they paid for the shell and the real business is a ponzi-scheme.

This is only about finding people to sign up for a ponzi-scheme/Network marketing program.

I had 100 discussions with the previous ceo. I had so many links, but deleted everything. I bought this in an accident. I thought previous company comes back when they filed and then i have found the asuomega dd, first legal counsel said it´s asuomega which merges in.

This is connected to creditcard payment ponzi-schemes. First they tried to promise people to study one year for free if they sign up for a ponzi-scheme. They use a potential nasdaq listing to prove to these people that this is a legit company. There is no energy business. Complete fraud.

First they wanted to use the omgeglobal.com website. But then i sent the previous management dd that they have stolen all content on the website from other korean public companies and then the legal counsel denied that omgeglobal.com is connected. But they are on the same name server. This was a lie!

If you check the IP, you see the payment sites which are connected, all with fake whois.

This is a multi level marketing program which should never be allowed to go public but previous company wanted to get rid of the shell asap and this is the result. And the koreans overpaid.

I had also a brochure which i deleted unfortunately, with the same asuomega banner in a brochure about a marketing program with fuel cell tabs, from beginner level to diamond.

This 100% garbage. But the trading shows it already.
