Tosays News AmeraMex International Receives Equipment Orders Totaling $1.2 Million CHICO, CA – November 21, 2016 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies (stevedoring/shipping), infrastructure construction, logging and mining companies, received three equipment orders totaling $1,250,000 for the week of November 14, 2016.
The equipment included three Menzi Muck excavators for an infrastructure construction company in California; a container handler for an inland dry port in Southern California; and ten bomb carts for a port located in Florida. With the exception of two Menzi Muck excavators, all of the equipment will be delivered before the end of 2016. The remaining two excavators will be delivered in the first quarter of 2017.
AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre commented, “Our fourth quarter is shaping up to be a solid quarter as the proposal pipeline is approximately three million dollars. As we mentioned in an October news release, a number of the proposals were for equipment from our newest dealership agreement with Swiss manufacturer, Menzi Muck. This is the fourth Menzi excavator sold this quarter. Again, I encourage our shareholders to watch the Menzi Muck video on our website, www.AMMX.net – equipment with amazing capabilities.
According to CFO Tracie Hannick, the company expects to have the signed audit in the hands of the company’s securities attorney by the end of the week so they may begin developing the Form 10 for submission to the SEC.
