This weekend I spoke to a friend (fellow shareholder) here in Ontario, who's pretty sure that Bernie Nicholls is still onboard FansFrenzy as a consultant and shareholder. He gave me some convincing evidence:

Gary Molinaro became President and CEO of HE-5 Resources Corp./FansFrenzy in the 3rd quarter of 2014. That's important because in june and july 2014 we know that Nicholls was actively involved in FansFrenzy. Here are some links:

We know that Bernie Nicholls is a major shareholder in The Club's Choice Holding Comp. that started FansFrenzy, so it doesn't come as a surprise that he holds HE-5/FansFrenzy stock.
