Because KPMG has already issued those shares out to pay claims, plus their fee as liquidators. But I'm sure there will be a big pay out on the 1 billion lawsuit LMAO Oh that is right VDC give all their rights to VDI. Seems like their whole purpose was to SCREW shareholders of VDC, looks like they have done a good job...
