Geodan, go to The Gold Report website (theaureport.com) and on the home page you'll see an article titled "Matt Geiger picks 7 mining companies to buy before the end of the year."

About half through that article Geiger talks about the G.A. situation in a little bit more detail I think. He's not sure about how the deal gets done, but thinks it will be very good for G.A.

In his last sentence concerning G.A. he says it may be best to accumulate shares after Nov. 29th when the current share lock up on G.A. shares ends. Is a lock up currently happening? I don't know, but that's what he recommends.
