The company recently signed an exclusive distribution agreement in UK, India, Japan and the USA.
Partner with highly qualified, focused companies, internationally . We intend to continue to seek out
collaborative arrangements with leading international Software Companies and develop our existing
relationship with IBM where we are a registered partner.
We have identified a number of new potential partners for our products, are in discussion with a
significant worldwide partner although there can be no assurance that we will be able to enter into any
such collaborative arrangement
