Yes its the Vukel 1,2 hydro dams on the border of Kosovo and Albania worth an estimated 52.8 MWs combined and awarded 4.24.2008 and confirmed indirectly by one of their News letters in 2013. Listed on page 4 from an Albanian small hydro organization. That border bridge is still destroyed from air bombings that took place during the Bosnian war and so no environmental group will stand in this projects way because the area is a shit hole and needs to significant rehabilitated unless the locals like living in post war areas.

119,783,000 is the energy out put. 119.7 Gigawatts or 119.7 kW-hrs which is still worth about $15 million a year in revenue, while not as good as the Shala project it still will pay for itself.
Per their August 2012 news letter with their partner of Interenegro Albania quote, "Parties to the agreement further agree to extend the contract validity for a additional 54 MW Hydro Power plant also owned by Shala Energy Shpk." This is the confirmation of The Vukel 1,2 hydro dams indirectly.
Also at the bottom of the newsletter they state, "The company is expecting to close acquisition of further Hydro Electric Power plants and concessions in Albania aiming to completing 500Mwt in this market within 2012"

Dont fall for the trick to shake the shares. Shala Energy sh pk has always owned this Vukel 1, 2 since 2008 when Interengro Albania was the original shareholder of Shala Energy shpk. PSPW acquired an additional 52.8 MWs of projects when they bought 75% stake in Shala Energy separately from the original Shala Energy concession contract. I can tell you this any projects acquired after 2013 are no longer public record due to the confidentiality laws of private public partnerships.
I expect if they knew Shala Energy was a no go then they have been working on this other project this whole time and possibly other projects as in their September 2013 newsletter they talked about an additional 30 MWs of projects acquired. However 30 MW projects are much harder to find as they are smaller hydro dams grouped together but listed individually. While I did find some smaller hydro dams owned under Interenegro Albania the 52.8 MW is unmistakable because it aligns directly with the 2012 newsletter and points out that Shala Energy sh pk also owns this project because Interengro Albania put both of these projects under the control of the Shala Energy sh pk.
