IMPORTANT READ: This is easily going .01+ in the short term. We have two contracts verified via 8k for $585m in revenue. Plus the CEO said his next mission is to up list to QB. The minimum requirement for QB up list? The BID over .01 for 30 consecutive days smile Also, I will share some encouraging email conversations I have had with him with the board tomorrow.

Now for the 8K VERIFIED CONTRACTS:

CONTRACT 1: KUBUNA

40,000 hectares of land UNDER CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIALIZATION. Warren expects each hectare to yield 12 cubic meters of timber at $750 per cubic meter.

40,000 hectares x 12 cubic meters x $750/cubic meter = $365,000,000

CONTRACT 2: RIGO

25,000 hectares of land UNDER CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIALIZATION. To my knowledge, Warren did not provide an expected timber resource yield per hectare (someone please correct me if I am wrong) so let us use the same figures.

Assuming Warren expects each hectare to yield 12 cubic meters of timber at $750 per cubic meter.

25,000 hectares x 12 cubic meters x $750/cubic meter = $225,000,000

8K VERIFIED PARADISE GARDENS ACQUISITION:

DLCR acquired Paradise Gardens for $20k. They have over $480k in assets, including logging equipment (WHICH WILL MAKE REVS COME EVEN FASTER) along with forward carry tax losses of $345k for a total value of $825k

CURRENT TA approvals allow for 5,000 cubic meters of timber per year to be processed from both RIGO and KUBUNA.

10,000 cubic meters per year x $750/cubic meter = $7,500,000 in yearly revs, or $625,000 per month.

If Warren files for another TA, more timber can be processed faster. Although I am assuming this will not take place until more equipment and staff are obtained to handle the higher demand, perhaps with the initial revenues obtained.

The point of all this is that investors here must become educated. I believe this will help those who do not understand have a clearer picture. DD is important with a stock like this.

Even if the OS is around 350M now with the recent conversions...

$7,500,000 in revs + $825k Paradise Gardens assets = $8.325M / 350,000,000 shares = .024 par value per share.

Very, very, VERY undervalued here.

Our CEO is a good man who is wants to do the best for both the company and its shareholders. He is very transparent, so I encourage anyone who needs clarification to send him an email. Very responsive.

I look forward to what Warren has in store for the company. Should be exciting. I will post some email responses tomorrow.

+Everything I say is IMO. Do your own DD. Stay sharp.+
