No, it's incorrect to say anyone could file as a Plaintive against Barrick in C-1912-2001. Look no further then the margins of the Tesoro claims group, listed is Jorge Lopehandia as valid legal title holder.

I'm glad we can agree that Jorge Lopehandia is the Plaintive and Minera Nevada (Barrick Gold Corp) is the Defendant in C-1912-2001.

It's rather clear that the BCSC is ignoring these facts and the precautionary measure causing Barrick to file a fraudulent 43-101 of claim ownership to Pascua.
