We're doomed I tell ya, LMAO Person in unit next to me texted me and asked if maintenance guy could come nail loose board in fence because dog from other side of fence is trying to get through, I told him just pound a few nails in it. His response, "I don't have a hammer" OMG I gave him some nails and loaned him my hammer and he nailed the loose board. WTF is it with peeps nowadays, I mean OMG who doesn't have a hammer. Last month he had to borrow a tape measure. I had 5 so I gave him one, ROTFLMAO This guy has wife and 2 kids and is late 30s I think.
