And homeland security sponsored an industry day for companies who sell body and vehicle cameras to show their products. There was over a page of companies listed who signed up to go but this company didnt. I'm not sure they are serious enough or maybe dont have the management that they need to make this a success. He can't contact agencies and make sales. There a rules forcompetitive bidding. I hope this isn't SOP for them.
