More Miners Going To Pot


Over the past four weeks there has been at least four junior miners that I know of that are getting involved in the marijuana business. This past week a lot of the marijuana stocks saw their stocks prices double within hours of active trading.




About a month ago Weststar Resources TSX-V:WER came off a long halt and got a new name and ticker Liberty Leaf TSX-V:LIB.




Then about a week later Finore Mining TSX-V:FIN bought into an MJ company in the USA. This was followed last week with Cameo Resources TSX-V:CRU saying they had an LOI with iWeedz which is a technology platform that connects consumers with cannabis vendors and promotes local marijuana commerce..




This week shares of Axe Exploration TSX-V:AXQ started trading huge volumes as rumors abound that they may go ahead with an MJ program of some kind and also this week Canada Coal TSX-V:CCK signed an LOI with Honu Inc. which is a licensed marijuana grower and producer of marijuana concentrates and edible marijuana products in the state of Washington.




Axe Exploration issued news a while ago that they were considering and investment in the MJ business and were looking into getting a MJ permit from Canada Health. Axe Exploration also has about a half dozen gold properties in Quebec in the Val d'Or region. Some properties have been optioned to mining giant Hecla Mining.





Canada Coal Inc. holds 58 active licenses and 1,769,539 acres on Ellesmere Island with 9 Additional applications pending.





Both Axe Exploration TSX-V:AXQ and Canada Coal TSX-V:CCK stocks are priced 5 cents and lower today but with the way the MJ stocks have been performing, who knows where they will be next week at this time
