Randy Goulding does not have legal malpractice insurance.

I didn't say he was not a lawyer with a licence to practice in the State of Illinois in good standing.

All I said was that he does not have legal insurance.

Almost all lawyers carry legal/malpractice insurance such that if they mess up the company they represented, then the injured company can sue, obtain remedy, compensation from the lawyer's insurance company.

In the case of Sarissa and/or IGEX, who are both represented by Goulding (WTF?)and his firm Securities Counsellors, neither company would have that option because Randy Goulding does not carry malpractice/legal insurance. Perhaps, he is considered uninsurable because he went to the federal pen in the 90's for money laundering?
