You mean the 10K?
Much of it is copy/paste from a year ago. We have a new cash flow situation and a new CEO as well.

They have to pay the parent $9 for every $1 they pay us. So it doesn't make sense to pay dividends. Unless, parent needs the money for some reason. So a potential dividend will either be huge (and unexpected) or zero.

This story is more about free cash flow and acquisitions. And an extremely low valuation. Also, I believe it's a safer investment than most Chinese companies.
