Sobel has been listed as president for about a year. Hardly seems "transitional". Company is wide open for litigation from investors who believed this stuff.

And even if MMHC was still in MMJ sector, that sector is going to tank hard, because of new federal law enforcement priorities. Do you really think Sessions is going to be fan? LOL!

What's next, lithium mining in Brazil? Using equity from Irish life insurance policies to fund the development of a new and better airplane? A flatulence-removing light bulb? These are all pinksheet scams that have proven wildly popular, and none is, to my knowledge, being used at the moment. Perhaps MMHC will lurch into one of these areas, or perhaps they will simply try to recycle the mobile app.

The real reason to buy MMHC IMHO would be if one was convinced that no remaining dilution shares were going to rain down AND that there is a strong enough group to manipulate the price higher. Only then does this make sense to me as a speculation.

Any idea where all of the money from these settlement shares has gone? Straight into Bland's pocket? Morris's pocket? Other? It sure would be fascinating if someone were to file suit and launch some discovery.

All that being said, I expect that there could be money made buying the 0004s, so long as SEC doesn't shut them down.
