Why not file a form 15-12 and sell/ use the shell later? I almost considered asking Meckler if he would sell all his shares to me for .01 then file to abandon the dissolution along with a 15-12. That way I would pretty much own a clean shell and wouldn't have to worry about filings. It's better than Meckler getting nothing for them once the ticker is deleted
