I asked myself similar questions in the past. I wonder if he (Sobel) was ever compensated by the company, even if for a negligible amount. If so, then I would indeed think he is complicit.

But even if he was't compensated, he certainly has to know that this company quoted him in several press releases. If he has knowledge that his name was used in a deceiving manner to promote stock and did nothing to intervene and continues to do nothing, I would presume he would be in violation of the Attorneys' Code of Ethics at the very least.

And isn't Ken Sobel complicit and liable if he knowingly allows his name to be misused?
