At what point do you reckon that it constitute fraud for MMHC to leave all of this information uncorrected? I have repeated alerted the company about factual misstatements. If they know there is an error, can they leave it uncorrected indefinitely? And isn't Ken Sobel complicit and liable if he knowingly allows his name to be misused? The fact that people continue to post here about MMHC being in the cannabis business speaks to the fact that investors are taking the company at their word with respect to this information. Where is the line between deceptive advertising and criminal fraud?
