Hidden Deals and Assets Revealed in CNCG Filing

Related to Kahnalytics:

- Reseller Agreement dated August 8, 2016 between Kahnalytics, Inc. and OmniCam.

- Contract between Kore Telematics, Inc. and Kahnalytics dated April 18, 2016.

- Reseller Agreement dated June 22, 2016 between Kahnalytics, Inc. and Planet Halo.

- Software License Agreement.

Additional Assets of Wainwright:

- Long-term investment consisting of a $500,000, 10% equity interest in SFA Holdings, Inc., an unrelated broker-dealer incorporated in the state of Georgia.

- On May 13, 2016, Wainwright loaned Type A Machines, Inc., a manufacturer of 3-D printers, $150,000. The Company received a promissory note due from Type A Machines in exchange for the cash loan. The promissory note bears interest at 15% per annum, which increases to 19% in the event of a default by Type A Machines. The promissory note matures on December 31, 2016 and is unsecured.

- Wainwright was paying dividends on its shares, but will now "eliminate dividends and collapse to retained earnings: $18,300,000 ".
