YKR/Steve, I am very curious as too where you get your logic. You are stating that once the BCSC gets BJ then JL will be next. Ok if JL is next on what grounds does the BCSC have to go after him on. Next you seem to be confused on the job that the BCSC has done and their hand in this mess. Now you have stated many many times that Barrick does not have title to mine Pascua Lama, correct? Therefore if they did not hold title and have no rights to mine then why would the BCSC approve a deal between Barrick and Silver Wheaton for the silver from Pascua Lama. Oh yes and 1 more little tiny issue their was an injunction in place when they approved this deal. No I seriously think that the BCSC is in way more trouble than BJ or JL. Maybe you can send them an email and ask them how they are going to get out from under that deal. You do know that because of that deal people invested their money, pension funds and of course the banks funded the project. So on Nov 25 it would seem that your friends at the BCSC will be in alot more trouble than BJ or JL or the BOD or whoever else you are trying to through under the bus.......
