I'm guessing the new CPA was having a hard time making sense of the very complicated Quickbooks accounting program and will need to be replaced by a new CPA who will need a few months to get familiar with this difficult system. danny will have to straighten everything up before release as well because only he is capable of navigating this incredibly complex program. CPAs have some knowledge in accounting, but danny has a PhD in Quickbooks and is therefore the only one who could possibly handle the vast financial empire that is Bravada.
