chart technicians here always f.... off when a stock does not rock like their funny 'chart technique' predicts....but if it goes up 200% from 1 penny to 3 penny they construct wild new highs. Guys, when do you frow up and get that a serious chart technique does not work on such lowest penny plays, scams and non-correct reporting stories. Again, grow up - and just be happy that you have made some bucks with such 200% . Show some seriousity !
