Waiting on 14c Mailing

The preliminary CNCG 14c claims there will be a mailing.

One of the acquisition closing conditions is listed as: "The 21st calendar day following the date on which this Definitive Schedule 14C was mailed to the Company’s shareholders".

The preliminary filing seems to put the closing in November but there are only 12 days remaining in November. The filing includes: "This Information Statement is first being mailed to you on or about November __, 2016, and we anticipate an effective date of the Action to be November __, 2016."
