Well, speaking in terms on business valuation, debt is not bad:) Debt reducing your cost of capital, while requiered ROE rate is always higher, than debt rate. So, taking on debt, company recieve more cheap cash to power up business. Maybe they just don't have such requirements?

Definetly, debt to EKSO would be a nice sign. Unless it's to pay salaries:D
