BK's are a crazy thing. In 2009 GGP filed bk, and went down to .05. They released news that they were not going to cancel shares. Simon Property tried to buy them out at a reduced rate. Funny how those two have teamed up to purchase AERO out of BK. Aero has been planing a sale all along, and tried to prepare a plan that will issue a new share for every old share. The language in these court documents is confusing somewhat. On one hand it indicates we have zero recovery for common shareholders, on the other hand, it indicates that old shares will be cancelled and the old holders will be issued a new share for each cancelled old hare that we held.
