This Will Not Be The Existing POR, Since Aeropostale was not sold for liquidation. It was kept as a profitable business similar to a merger. I am not saying a better POR will be released, and I am not saying a better POR won't be released. I am simply saying that no one knows the outcome of this. It basically will be decided between the court and the mall group. I will tell you that the mall group has Billions of dollars. So keeping this stock in tact, is just a drop in the bucket to them. They are also about making money, so we shall see.
Right now the stock is not worthless. It's worth just about 4 cents a share. What will it be worth 2 months from now. Somewhere between 0.02 cents and 4 dollars per share. Goodluck to AROPQ.
