I'm hoping it's to wrap up bk, wrap up acquisitions, role them all up under UPLD, then have UPLD get acquired by a big boy.

This could turn UPLD into a Billion $+ acquisition.

I live in SF and in heart of silicon valley working with startups and tech companies. This $100M line smells like what they're up to with the above mentioned. There's going to be a lot of this M&A going on in tech over the next 18 months. Looks like UPLD is part of it in a good way. :)
