That would be wrong. JL and BJ are going to go down hard....and I mean HARD. They made PERSONAL enemies out of the BCSC'S TOP OFFICERS.....not very smart....especially because BJ and JL KNOW they have committed fraud.....and so does the BCSC. To say this case will be unprecedented is a understatement.
BTW.....the video that was posted sealed their fate of spending MANY years in jail. You don't try and intimidate the BCSC or any other government branch BY BARGING INTO THEIR OFFICES LIKE A BUNCH OF LUNITICS and post it on youtube and not expect to feel MAJOR repercussions.....especially when everything you posted, filed, PR'ed, said at AGM's, promised private placement holders and regular shareholders....were all lies.
