Just so folks know the truth about TECO filings. It's now TO LATE for flings to solve Treaty Energy's problems with the SEC and filing all delinquent filings would NOT get TECO off the Grey Market. First off they needed to advise shareholders with an 8-K Item 4.02 that the previous 4 years or so filings cannot be relied upon has they are misleading, incomplete and fraudulent and will need to be restated. That would have been a good, good faith effort and one they would have need to follow through with, that never happened. They also need to cooperate with the SEC, they did nothing of the sort and then lied about that too. The fact is the gang of cons have lied about the quarterly filings being prepared and filed, close to filing or "finial revue" and over and over and over for 3 years now... The latest Treaty attempt to get shareholders to hand over even more money for financials is just anther lie and scam, to rip them off again.

Then there are the lies to the SEC and ridiculous accusations made by Treaty Energy and the gang of cons about SEC attorneys... I doubt the SEC is in ANY mood to cut this gang of cons any breaks whatsoever. I have thought likely the SEC could take further action by adding more cons to the list of defendants in the Treaty fraud case and possibly sanctions against the gangs clown lawyer and gang member Henry Klein. Come May Treaty Energy will cease to be a public company and the stock registration will be revoked. Hopefully soon after criminal charges will be filed against this gang of cons and they are all sent to prison where they belong.

Proof Treaty Energy is indeed a SCAM that has ripped off everybody they have done business with. Only FOOLS would give these crooks any money after seeing these facts posted...
