This is what I received from the Transfer Agent. I never received any certificate. Only the preferred shares in showed up in my brokerage account. Did anyone else end up in the same boat?:

"Please send us the original certificate to our office. And there is a processing fee of $20.00 per each certificate + Shipping cost.
Once the payment and certificate are received we will remove the legend and print new certificate and send it back to you.
