As far as Randy, he is a licensed lawyer in good standing, end of story, they past didn't effect his license.

People we should still be worried about are SCOTT KEEVIL and ANDREW CURRAH, they are still trying to bully the company and take from shareholders.

As far as Dan, his suit will not effect the company at all, worst case he pays that money back, case closed. He would have not been put in that situation had Scott not lied to everyone.

You don't know what Otto has or hasn't done...so And Randy isn't running the company

Who are these creditors that are worried? Scott and Currah because they can't collect on that fake debt?
