That is a great synopsis.
And, if they are able to make an initial agreement, where they are able to get a substantial investment up front (and, in turn, use that money to heal the vessel, and, if any leftover $ is available to buy back shares) it would do wonders for their future outlook.
To make a slight diversion from that topic, I think it's also important to note, that until there is a clear settlement (done and dusted) with their legal challenge outstanding, there will be limited growth. That does need to be resolved in order for the company as well as its shareholders to see true growth.
There will be some very interesting news in the very near future, and as much as I'd like to put down a timeline, it's been so long as to date, that it's all relative at this point.
I like those numbers that you posted, and if those figures turn out to be accurate, it's going to be very very nice for everyone.
