It's just from the bid offer minus the DIP financing with the shares outstanding. This is just a hope, but probably wring with the way these things play out. With the stalking horse bid we can only hope for higher bids from other companies, but I feel that is not going to happen. They appealed to over 70 companies, then had 44 interested, 5 submitted NDAs, 2 were only appealing and just Neptune Bidco gave the best offer. Looks bad, unless someone really wants their technology, but doubtful.
