Somebody told me that Cameron told them he was re-routing the Columbia river at Portland Oregon to run through Walsenburg Colorado. Apparently, all he has to do is get the water over the Rockies and the rest is easy stuff.

So buy your shares now because I understand it may be completed "next week" and he has 10,000 growers signed up.

That's why they call him "Super Cox".
