Good Evening - Help me understand the game we have been playing. We bought "X" number of shares of stock and watched it decrease with the RS. Mann also had "X' number of share prior to the split and can I assume his number of share also decreased. We then all watched the value of those remaining shares decreased along with Mann's shares decreased. Now Mann turns downs cash in exchange for more shares of stock. So he has a whole bunch of shares. My question - why would he turn down the cash for stock that has no real value unless it goes up. What is going to make it go up unless there is a real plan. ASUV has been out there for how many years doing nothing. What is going to make that change?
