Companies do PP's all the time and their stocks still can put in epic runs. They didnt fund with some type of toxic floorless funding. You had a fixed price of 30 cents cdn and warrants at a fixed price as well. So there is no incentive for the people who bought the PP to play games trying to drop the stock price for their personal gains
