On April 6, 2016 I reported QLTS to the SEC:

On April 7, 2016, per the SEC Order of Suspension, they sent a letter to QLTS telling them to correct their delinquency.

I made it no secret that I reported QLTS and warned everyone DO NOT INVEST HERE. Anyone who did not heed that warning has now lost everything they invested here.
