You mean the land they bought for $65K?

Even Cox admits that it was so cheap because it had no water rights necessary to "farm" the MJ. He just "forgot" to mention that in his PR's.

His statement was that if it had water rights it would have cost $5,000 per acre and they couldn't afford to buy that kind of land. So they opted to buy land with no water rights and hide that FACT from shareholders and the other scam companies who participated in this particular scam.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
