with pps sitting essentially at all-time lows despite what arguably have been a series of developmental progress notes having commercialization relatively close at hand, is it perhaps time to load the boat at levels that the "sophisticated investors" bought?

or will Buc be right in his call "for teens coming"?

personally I've been adding shares since the PO filling which dropped the pps to .21 two weeks ago
