Cannot even read the new submissions? It is almost 58M, it matters not how many are with brokers as any shares without restrictive legend can simply be deposited "with brokers" and sold at a moments notice. It also depends who controls the vast majority of these shares as they are basically the market makers. Wide bid ask spreads are indicative. They are tightly controlled by a few IMHO. The company needs a cash infusion and a real idea, not some agreement for yet more shares to be sold to the few for a pittance.
