There's No uptick in volume, no strong floor.

FYI, The EVTI volume today was $5 TOTAL, EVTI Has NO-BID, it can't go any lower without a reverse spli. Even that would be difficult to pull off because in addition to everything else, the EVTI gang is not filing and hasn't for over a year. They are Pink No Information / SEC Delinquent.
