Plez shut your yam, u are writing a untruth, but wait, it doesn't matter, u sold out your position, it is true that the U.S. trustee can convert this to chap. 7 and the court doesn't even have to give advanced warning, watching this for almost 2 years it definitely appears to be liquidation, I believe they need another 10 mil$ to clear the first tier, that's what they are trying to get from Arendal, if and when this happens the second tier and unsecured debt will be discharged, good chance they will be left with 3 mil$ and a share price of .03 cents, imo
