To answer your question, what makes me believe there might be some hope here is that millions and millions of dollars were loaned to this (former) company and ultimately converted to now worthless shares of stock. Why would the former debt holders now shareholders allow themselves to lose millions without doing SOMETHING to recoup their investment, I mean gamble?

Moreover, with $16k of my own gambled on this I need to have SOME hope of one day recovering my money, or more. The only way that happens is via a reverse merger.
